To be a main point of contact within SPA in the absence of the clinical team manager. To act as contact point for CYP, parent/carers and referrers. To triage/screen requests for service that comes into the SPA. To co-ordinate and plan for the demands upon the SPA on a daily basis; proactively respond to changing demands and pressures. To liaise with young people and families to establish current presentation and to facilitate formulation of current need and appropriate support. To work as part of the SPA team undertaking daily supervisor role and perform direct/indirect assessments. To take on specific roles, tasks and projects within the SPA to facilitate and improve pathway of support. To deliver training as required to the wider Childrens workforce To support the SPA/Team Operational Lead in the delivery of the service, ensuring it meets national guidance and local key performance indicators.
