THE CRM CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER ROLE:
* Oversee the global CRM from a marketing perspective.
* Plan and manage outbound marketing journeys.
* Develop and test automated customer journeys.
* Collaborate with the digital marketing manager.
* Create, launch, and optimise multilingual customer communications.
* Analyse customer data to build effective audience segments.
* Develop customer funnels to improve conversion rates.
* Design campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
CRM CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Using CRM tools (Dynamics 365)
* Analysing customer experience data to improve performance
* Collaborating on customer experience initiatives
* Creating and delivering presentations.
* Working effectively with global teams and strong interpersonal skills
* Managing time efficiently, prioritising tasks, and delegating across multiple projects
* Setting goals and managing budgets
* Experience using Office 365 (Excel, Access, and Word)
