Job Description - QHSE Coordinator
Euroscot has just relocated to a modern ‘white and bright’ facility within the Hillington Park area. This is the latest in a string of investments for Euroscot to help drive forward and deliver on its business plan.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive QHSE related compliance throughout the business with a focus on maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
2. Ensure that customer complaints and other non-conformance are investigated, root causes determined, and that action taken to eliminate the root cause is effective.
3. Ensure risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and PUWER assessments are kept up to date and any changes to processes/equipment/substances are noted and assessments reviewed to reflect changes.
4. Ensure that the near miss reporting system is fully embedded and that action is taken to address issues highlighted.
5. Coordinate improvement focus groups, working on issues highlighted by employees to ensure participation and consultation as required by ISO 45001 and improve efficiency of operations and wellbeing of staff.
6. Review IMS documentation to ensure that it continues to reflect actual practice and the relevant standards, improving where necessary.
7. Measure supplier performance and work with suppliers to improve metrics where necessary.
8. Ensure that quality/environmental/health and safety records are maintained and available to those who require them.
9. Act as coordinator for customer and other external auditors to ensure positive outcomes.
10. Establish and implement a necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality and business risk issues.
11. Identify training needs and make recommendations to implement relevant quality, health and safety, and environment training for the company’s development.
12. Assist in the delivery of change management.
Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing organisation.
