With a proven track record in private residential housing management and demonstrable financial management and budgetary control ability, you'll adopt a proactive and strategic approach to management of our residential portfolio. You will ensure your department delivers excellent customer service, compliance and value for money. Your team will be responsible for delivering services which represent value for money, that repairs are carried out to a high standard and that that all Property Management related matters are dealt with in a professional and proactive manner. Your team will support our customers and clients with our insurance claim, permissions and alterations process, ensuring that legislative obligations are met. As an experienced people manager and inspirational leader, you'll lead and nurture your team to ensure that our high standards of performance are maintained with a commitment to a customer-focussed service delivery. You will provide the leadership team with business reports and be able to adopt and deliver a strategic approach to complex issues.
