The restaurant manager is responsible for the staff daily performance, individual personal development, rota, and follow up on new joiner’s training updates. Reporting directly to the AGM and GM the restaurant manager always looks for ways to improve the knowledge and performance of each individual as well as guest’s satisfaction on a daily basis. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet entire team Check previous day reports Daily restaurant walk around If complaints follow up and report to GM Ensure the grooming standards are respected Team attendance and update Daily training and knowledge check Conduct the daily briefing in a timely manner Assist the desk with customer’s seating Follow up on service updates Conduct service Control of the restaurant cleanliness and maintenance log update Control general mise en place and look of the restaurant Write daily report WEEKLY REPOSNSIBILITIES Check and update recruitment needs Check health and safety logs and updates if needed Full restaurant Rota on par with budget Full team and training update to be sent to GM Set up staff training and weekly service focus points together with RM Update Micros if needed Update and prepare managers meeting with AGM and GM MONTHLY REPOSNSABILITIES: Payroll with AGM and GM Update Current staff cost against budget Send updated monthly staff cost to GM Full team performance and training update to be send to GM Your Benefits: Staff meals during working hours Discounts for you, your friends and family in our venues.
