Role Responsibilities:
* Organising collections from clients’ sites and delivering to waste transfer sites for disposal.
* Maintaining packing materials on site.
* Assisting with quotations for customers.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Following health & safety policies and procedures on-site and at disposal sites.
* Assessing, segregating, labelling, and packing waste with proper documentation.
* Managing hazardous waste lists and documentation to ensure legal compliance.
* Loading waste onto transport vehicles safely and driving company vehicles when needed.
Candidate Profile:
* Level in Chemistry/Science or similar qualification.
* Knowledge of hazardous waste management.
* Ability to assess safety and environmental impact of waste processing.
* Experience with health and safety legislation related to the industry.
* Full driving license; experience driving a 3.5t van is preferred.
* Good rapport-building skills with customers.
* Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new skills.
