We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Front of House team at our West End Clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with patients and to engage with clients via phone and email. You will collaborate directly with the Head of Customer Services, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients.

Our team of highly skilled aestheticians offers a comprehensive range of treatments, including fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, acne scar treatments, fat-dissolving treatments, IV drips, PRP therapy, joint pain management, PDO threads, and radiofrequency treatments. We pride ourselves on delivering personalised care in a serene and luxurious environment, ensuring our clients feel refreshed and confident.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
* Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage patient appointments using Cliniko software, ensuring optimal clinic operations.
* Client Communication: Handle inquiries and follow-ups via phone and email, providing accurate information and support regarding treatments and services.
* Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing payments, and managing inventory.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Customer Services to implement strategies that enhance patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
* Learning and Development: Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest beauty and clinical treatments, ensuring informed interactions with clients.

* There are workshops that you will need to attend online.
