SHEQ Compliance Manager
Location: Split between HQ on The Wirral and the South Wales Office.
Salary dependent on experience
Role Overview:
Managing theIntegrated Management System (IMS), governing health, safety and wellbeing, environment, quality assurance and infosec management systems of the business (45001, 9001, 14001, 27001). Supervise and coordinate work systems to ensure that the products or services of the company meet the highest quality standards and that the welfare and working conditions of the company are favourable and safe.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities as part of the top management team are:
1. Plan and implement the strategic direction of the companys compliance objectives and targets to assure business operations.
2. The requirements of this management system are met.
3. SHEQ Infosec is an agenda item at management meetings.
4. Establish, implement and support SHEQ Infosec objectives and targets.
5. The management system requirements are communicated effectively to all staff and other interested parties.
6. Actively encourage and promote staff participation in IMS improvements.
7. Ensure complaints by an employee or a third party in relation to health, safety, welfare, environmental and/or quality issues are investigated in a timely manner.
