Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities:
1. Listen, engage, and deliver the best customer experience, all day, every day.
2. Always create a great first impression with a warm and friendly welcome.
3. Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver delicious food & drink and a great customer experience every time.
4. Strive to deliver the perfect shift and exceed our customers’ expectations.
5. Take ownership of your own development, spending time training and developing as well as completing all mandatory courses.
6. Take ownership of our pub, Front of House, being proud of the Great British Pub and supporting the leadership team to deliver improvements.
7. By ‘Acting Local,’ provide the communities we serve with the service, spirit, and entertainment they deserve, ensuring our pub is the hub of the local area.
8. Build close relationships with the Pub Leadership teams to ensure our pubs always get the best levels of support and expertise.
9. Support, where necessary, bar, cellar, and stock management to ensure we are always able to run efficient and effective service.
10. Always put the customer first in everything we do, delivering the highest level of service possible, achieving and exceeding service levels.
11. Ensure that our pub is safe, legal, and clean always, following guidelines and highlighting any risk you observe.
12. Know our products and offers obsessively to give the customer the best choice to drive sales within the business.
