This Marketing Manager will take charge of marketing initiatives, refine strategies, and make an impact across both traditional and digital channels. Compensation: $50-55K depending on experience
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase market share, and drive sales growth.
* Spearhead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
* Manage the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials to support campaign initiatives.
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms while refining internal and external communications for clarity, professionalism, and a cohesive brand message.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, monitor competitor activity, and understand consumer behavior, using insights to seize new opportunities.
* Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
* 2+ years of experience in strategic marketing and/or brand management
* Experience with Digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media)
* Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing platforms)
* Proven success in managing Drip campaigns for high-value targets (HVTs)
What could set you apart:
* Experience in WordPress and Website Management
* Proficiency in Creative design using Adobe Suite or Canva for slick sheet creation and social media content
* Ability to revamp and streamline marketing materials for professional and concise messaging
* Prior experience with vendor management and marketing budget management
