Job Description:
1. Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
2. Assists with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities.
3. Defines standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
4. Develops tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials.
5. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
6. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
