This is an opportunity offering the right Building Surveyor a role with full autonomy, you will manage current client relationships, as well as grow new ones and deliver a range of instructions to a high-level. Initially, as the new Building Surveyor, you will have a focus on delivering key services such as contract administration, party wall, building pathology and building surveys. Person specification This role will suit a Building Surveyor with experience in a similar role, or who understands the private residential market.
