Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading investment management firm to recruit a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis for their London office. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Payroll Operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the APAC region, with some UK payroll responsibilities. Manage relationships with Finance, IT, HR, Benefits teams, and external payroll vendors. Support the organisation through an upcoming payroll system transition and process improvements. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality, adhering to company policies. Deputise for the Payroll Lead when required, ensuring smooth payroll operations. Person Specification: Proven experience managing APAC payroll within a global organisation. Background in a large corporate environment. Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
