Senior Test Manager – National Salary Circa £60,000
We have an opportunity for a Test Specialist/Senior Test Manager to join the Release, Test & Environments (RT&E) team. We have a multi-site team working in a range of roles/assignments, across projects, platforms, or features.
Purpose of the Role
This role will be Senior Test Manager within the Finance & Data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specific critical projects and working across RT&E on transformation innovation activities.
We need to do things differently and the opportunity awaits once we have the right people in place to take on the challenge. Pragmatism, influencing and working with key stakeholders to collaborate in improving the current way of working and doing it with limited guidelines.

Skills & Experience required
* Delivering change, comfortable being visible to the organisation
* Communication, Story Telling and Presenting
* Strong data analysis, problem solving and decision-making
* Ability to work with and interact with stakeholders up to director level
* Coaching, Leadership and influencing inside and outside the team
* Knowledge of test methodologies & adapting these to find a solution
