The Best Connection are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator Despatch to work for a well known Healthcare Supplier in Barnsley.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
* -The booking of outbound freight deliveries with key couriers
* Allocating picking activity which falls outside of system automation
* Induct new employees in to the Warehouse
* Create and maintain training records for Operation employees
* Support the Warehouse Management team with their investigation where a discrepancy isreported (miss-pick/miss-ship etc..), providing supporting information for the root cause analysis into each investigation.
* Key system information housekeeping ensuring data is current and accurate
* Manage despatch queries with the despatch team and appropriate salesperson, assisting with the coordinating of a resolution
* Be the first point of contact in the warehouse for telephone calls, collating and forwarding information to the relevant team member
* Enter route scheduling on to the internal software and hand over to the Warehouse Management team for sign off
* Regular stock checks of warehouse consumables ensuring orders are placed with the Purchasing team so there are no outages
