Assistant Manager
Berry Recruitment are currently looking for an Assistant Manager based at a popular hotel near Hunstanton.
As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing Staff : Supervising and coordinating hotel staff, including front office, housekeeping, and other departments.
2. Coordinating Hotel Activities : Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of services, and maintaining high standards.
3. Improving Guest Satisfaction : Focusing on guest experience, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest needs are met.
4. Compliance : Ensuring adherence to hospitality laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Budget Management : Assisting with financial planning and cost control.
6. Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
7. Hands-On Approach : Willingness to actively engage in tasks and problem-solving.
8. Understanding of Hotel Operations : Familiarity with various hotel functions.
Shift Pattern: 45 hours a week - 2 days off a week - Weekends required
Salary: Between £30,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Ideal candidates should have relevant experience, interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of hotel operations.
