Red Recruitment is recruiting an Operations Manager in Swansea to join our client who provides support and solutions to their customers. This is an autonomous role with site responsibility, and you will be reporting into the wider group structure.
The salary for this position is circa £50,000 per annum and is an onsite, permanent position.
To be considered for this role you must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm

Overseeing the day-to-day running of a contact centre that responds to complex services for customers
Planning and implementing production processes to improve quality
You will be managing 3 Team Leaders and their teams
Tracking the department's performance and ensuring it contributes to the company's goals
Ensuring customer and client expectations are metKey Skills and Experience of an Operations Manager:
Previous experience in a Managerial or Operations role is required
You should have experience working within a Contact Centre
You must be a strong leader
You should be used to managing Team Leaders and their teams
