Position Summary
The Digital Business Enablement team is responsible for partnering with our business stakeholders to deliver optimized processes, systems, and data capabilities to grow our business. These solutions provided by Digital Business Enablement are the core of our users' experience engaging in Bentley internally and externally. The team is seeking an experienced organizational change management leader who can drive the organization through the adoption of multiple business transformations, followed by ongoing enablement. The ideal candidate will have experience with the planning and execution of large-scale change adoption.
Position Overview
Bentley is embarking on a transformational journey to modernize sales, marketing, support, and ERP platforms to upscale our user experience and processes across the enterprise. The Digital Business Enablement team is focused on partnering with their stakeholders to deliver world-class enterprise applications focused on streamlining our processes and user experience. To complement this effort, the team is seeking an organizational change management lead to work across the organization to drive the planning and execution of change readiness activities. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, optimizing, and implementing change management throughout an organization’s business and technology landscape for process and system changes. They will have demonstrated success in delivering communications, training, and other change readiness activities for the adoption of new business solutions. Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and operate organizational change management methodology, processes, and tools across Bentley to support transformational initiatives and day-to-day change management.
* Drive change management execution across multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects and/or programs. Anticipate organizational challenges and/or resistance, developing corresponding risk mitigation plans.
* Comprehend business processes and the context in which these processes are evolving, as well as understanding the nature of the changes taking place.
* Partner with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders and teams across the organization to assess change impact and develop plans to drive adoption.
* Conduct end user readiness assessments and educate on people, processes, or technology impacts from initiatives driving change.
* Develop and manage communication and training plans to deliver knowledge to impacted users and prepare for adoption of change.
* Partner with the organization to propose, refine, and implement change process improvements and drive efficiencies.
* Develop and own change management metrics and KPIs to illustrate ROI and end-user adoption progress.
* Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the entire organization and drive management methodologies with change champions in other teams.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related experience.
* 3+ years of experience in large-scale, highly complex business transformation change management execution; including supporting such programs go live.
* Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in successfully leading the design and implementation of change management capabilities in support of various change events.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate change management needs, proactively educate the end-user base and manage risks and dependencies.
* Deep knowledge of technical business process areas and an understanding of how the process integrates across platforms or initiatives.
* Strong communication skills; effective communication in written and verbal form.
* Ability to report and manage key change management metrics for success, track KPIs towards those metrics, and propose data-driven solutions.
* You're a self-starter who loves to own things from start to completion. You make things happen and don't need to ask for permission first.
* Forward-thinking strategist with proven success in translating strategy to tactical plans with high-quality execution and delivery.
* This position does not require travel.
