Policyholder Tax Administrator
Salary – Circa £28,000
Fixed Term Contract until December 2025

A bit about the job:
As a Policyholder Tax Administrator at Aviva, you'll play an essential role in helping the company meet its obligations to file accurate reports and pay the correct tax deductions to HMRC. Working closely with the Policyholder Tax team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of pension and ISA-related tax reports, reviewing data provided by different business units, and ensuring timely and accurate returns and payments to HMRC. You will also address tax queries, identify risks and errors, and manage some of these independently.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Enthusiasm to learn about tax and navigate new systems and processes.
* Comfortable using spreadsheets to manipulate and analyze data.
* Strong written communication skills for clear and simple emails.
* Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
* Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., finance, administration, or tax) is desirable but not essential.

* Salary – Circa £28,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
