Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on-site in East Central London.
The purpose of the role will be to deliver day-to-day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on Electrical systems and equipment.
What you'll do:
* Be familiar with electrical applications normally encountered within the contract.
* Attend reactive calls and complete.
* Complete PPMs within stated time frames.
* Become Appointed Person if the site requires.
* Assist all clients in adhoc tasks.
* Have a full understanding of all plant and systems.
* Cover shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.
What you'll bring to the role:
* City & Guild level 2 minimum / NVQ level 3 minimum.
* Engineering position held previously within the service industry.
* Experience of client relationships.
* Knowledge of control systems.
* Knowledge of HVAC systems.
* IEE 17th Edition.
* IOSH Working Safely minimum.
