About The Role
As an Operations Assistant within EKC Group, you will support the Operations Manager in providing an effective, efficient, and comprehensive service. This includes answering telephone calls, emails, and queries from learners, employers, and College staff using relevant software to maintain accurate records.

About You
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and efficient member to our team. The successful candidate will ideally have recent experience of working in an administrative or funding-related capacity for an education establishment or training provider. The ideal candidate will have experience of administering provision such as apprenticeships and will be able to evidence working effectively with competing priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
