Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to our retail clients, providing insights and recommendations on how to leverage ServiceNow's solutions to achieve their business objectives. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy, specifically targeting transformational initiatives within the retail industry Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influential figures within the industry. Identify which key industry events ServiceNow should have a presence at, and work with the marketing team on building out that presence, as well as creating new impactful customer events and building a community of retail customers Identify prospective business opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships to bolster the company's growth objectives, leveraging insights into market dynamics and industry trends. Conduct exhaustive market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and transformative opportunities within the industry landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the company's value proposition and devise innovative solutions to address market demands. Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and enhance business development efforts.
