The role Provide advice and guidance in capacity of HR business partnering to service areas on HR strategy and policy, procedure, workforce planning and recruitment and employment law. Undertake projects in line with HR work plan. Deliver a proactive HR service by meeting with managers, providing timely HR intelligence and helping resolve issues quickly. Provide support, coaching and development to managers in service areas and in HR Team. Work with HR systems to proactively analyse HR metrics. Draft report and recommendations to be presented. Participate in informal and formal meetings with trade unions relative to casework, policy developments and new initiatives In line with HR strategy. Lead on formal disciplinaries and grievances including appeals and tribunal cases. Lead and advise managers on innovative attractions methods, recruitment, performance management and reward issues.
