Business Support Administrator – Learning Improvement Service- CMB1628e
About this opportunity:

Cumberland Council is looking to appoint a proactive and highly organised Business Support Administrator to join our Learning Improvement Service team. This role plays a key part in providing efficient administrative operational support to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality administrative support to the Learning Improvement Service team.
* Manage confidential records, develop, control and maintain databases/spreadsheets to provide high quality statistical information, including monitoring of financial records.
* Assist in the preparation of reports.
* Co-ordinate training, events and workshops and take accurate minutes when required.
* Be part of the wider business support team ensuring that all systems and processes are maintained and developed to meet the performance needs of the service; provide a fully responsive and flexible business support service within the directorate.
You will have excellent administrative skills and be a strong communicator who can build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and proactive team who are passionate about providing top-level customer service to support the delivery of Cumberland Council’s operating model.
This role is available on a permanent basis.
