Accept Recruitment is hiring for a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll & Admin Assistant to join our team in Kirby Muxloe, LE9. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with payroll, admin, or recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible in adapting to additional tasks. This role has the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee payroll management and ensure timely processing
* Accurately input data and manage systems
* Monitor and manage attendance records and clock-in data
* Prepare documentation and administration for new starters
* Upload essential documents and maintain records
* Coordinate with AM and PM shifts regarding operational needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Flexibility to support the team with additional tasks as needed
* Required experience with Microsoft Office
* Background in payroll, administration, or recruitment
Additional Requirements:
* Must have own transport due to early start time and site location
Benefits:
* 37.5-hour workweek

Shifts and pay rate:
· Monday – Friday
· 6:00 – 15:00
· £12.00ph
