Job summary We are looking to recruit a part time receptionist to join the team at the Victoria and Mapperley Practice. Experience is desired but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate. The successful candidate will contribute to working co-operatively and efficiently with other members of the reception team to ensure the smooth running of the department. Main duties of the job Your key role will be to help patients at the reception desk and promptly answer the telephone, booking appointments, dealing with queries and taking clear messages for other colleagues working at the Practice. You will also be responsible for a number of administrative duties. We are looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people and has excellent verbal and written communication. One site is based near to the Victoria shopping centre and the other site is on the main high street in Mapperley.
