It’s a great time to join Screwfix. Thanks to our team’s hard work and record-breaking sales, we are one of the fastest-growing retailers in the UK. We want to share this growth with you.

We believe in a hybrid, flexible working approach that offers the best of both worlds. You’ll work from our head office three days a week, with flexible hours around our core 10am-3pm schedule. Beyond that, you can choose how, when, and where you work. Our office features a subsidised canteen, free parking, and a comfortable environment to work in. We understand the importance of flexibility for school pick-ups and home deliveries.
