Job Description As a Night Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and overall guest experience during the night shift. Your key responsibilities will include: · Performing thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. · Changing bed linens, replacing towels, and ensuring all amenities are stocked and in good condition. · Cleaning and maintaining public restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and hygienic. · Restocking cleaning supplies and notifying management of any inventory needs. · Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly. · Assisting with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens. · Supporting the housekeeping team with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as directed. · Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour while interacting with guests and team members. · Following all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to security and safety. You will be well-presented with a positive attitude and a passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Qualifications The successful candidate will have: · Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred but not essential). · Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task. · Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
