Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to engage targeted audiences and drive measurable results.
* Originate compelling marketing content (including editorial, website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, and sales collateral) to amplify the brand and drive new business.
* Co-ordinate and project manage marketing deliverables for new launches, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
* Proactively identify media and PR opportunities and pitch compelling stories, news releases, and thought leadership articles to secure positive media coverage and increase brand exposure.
* Plan, coordinate, execute, and attend key events (including exhibitions/trade shows, conferences, and webinars).
* Establish and uphold corporate writing style guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all marketing communications.
* Collaborate with sales, product management, and external partners to ensure marketing materials align with customer needs and sales strategies.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop engaging event content, presentations, demos, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive attendee engagement.
* Leverage industry best practices to develop new and improve existing policies, procedures, and processes to streamline workflows, drive efficiency, and enhance productivity across the marketing organization.
Skills & experience
* Degree in marketing or associated subject and 2-3 years’ experience gained in B2B marketing.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by delivering measurable results.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a critical eye for detail.
* Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities with an ROI mindset.
* Proven experience in campaign management, product positioning, content marketing, and media relations.
* Customer-centric and data-driven marketing approach with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights that drive new business.
* Strong planning, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Familiarity with multi-lingual/cultural marketing environments and the nuances of global brand messaging.
* Ability to motivate, focus, and inspire teams to achieve shared goals.
* Flexible, creative, and innovative thinker, looking to drive new ways of working and enhance marketing value.
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Click Dimensions, Microsoft Dynamics preferable but not essential).
* Experience and working knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
* Experience managing inter-company workflows for product launches and campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel internationally required.
