Your role as Assistant Manager:
* Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures
* Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
* Ongoing training and development of the team
* Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectations
* Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service and drink quality
* Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensing
* Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
What we are looking for:
* The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
* Energy and motivation to successfully lead and inspire your team
* Self-motivation with excellent organisational and communication skills
* Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry - essential
