Assembly Operative
£11.64ph, Corby, Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 1.30pm. Temporary role
Our client has been established for over 20 years providing premium quality products designed to maximise productivity, increase efficiency, and ensure operator safety with their products known for their durability and dependability.
Duties:
1. Assembly work in accordance with the drawings and instructions provided.
2. Using handheld tools and power tools and carry out tasks within their planned times
3. Assisting with quality checks, highlighting any issues to the Works Manager prior to passing to next operation.
4. Completing all relevant paperwork.
5. Prepare any documentation such as Inspection Sheets, quality documentation.
6. Packing product into boxes. Working to production targets
7. Housekeeping of workshop area, ensuring all H&S regulations are always adhered to
The Requirements:
8. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
9. Good team player with a positive, proactive attitude to workload and comfortable working to schedules
10. Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.
11. Passion to produce high quality products.
12. Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
13. Experience of using hand and power tools.
