£45,628 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Planning and launching the EAC (Estimate at Completion) activity in line with Dreadnought (DN) Programme direction
Leading on the support given the ICS teams through the EAC process, including ad-hoc analysis, facilitation of briefing sessions and updates to the Dreadnought ICS PMO management team as necessary
Leading on the reporting aspects of the EAC, including data analysis preparation of reporting packs/management information and presentation of them to stakeholders within ICS and DN PMO., including completion and submission of consolidated bridge position to the DN PMO
Deputising for Senior Cost Manager where necessary at forums such as the DN PMO Cost Working Group and reviews
Supporting the interaction between the ICS change and risk teams to ensure alignment with the EAC position
Working with cost estimating to develop and maintain a Basis of Estimate (BoE) that supports the cost position and is compliant with CAAS audit requirements.
Leading on working groups as necessary to develop the Basis of Estimate (BoE) to give a more accurate 3-point range of estimation
Providing cost governance support to CAMs (Control Account Manager’s) as required for items such as change, risk and opportunity and schedule movements
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Proven experience in Project Controls, specifically in Cost, Risk and Change management
Stakeholder Management and the ability to lead a multifunctional team
Strong analytical mindset
Desirable:
Professional Finance qualification and/or Project Management Qualification
Cost management / EAC delivery
Experience using SAP, SAP analytics or Dassian
