Key job responsibilities - Support leaders at your site on HR matters - Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment - Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements - Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects - Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans A day in the life You’ll be based in an Amazon Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations. No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries. Basic Qualifications - Are enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics or related field - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of HR, HR management, organizational development concepts - Hold or working towards CIPD Level 5 Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
