An exciting opportunity for an administrative assistant to join the AMEDICS CLINIC team working at our brand-new luxury clinic in Leicester, near the City Centre.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Administrative and reception duties
* Front of house & greeting patients
* Answering e-mail and telephone enquiries
* Booking patients/diary management
* Assisting in maintaining standards to meet CQC requirements
* Regular disinfection duties to comply with COVID-19 guidelines and CQC standards for healthcare facilities
* Processing payments
* Liaising with private hospitals & private insurance companies
* Daily maintenance of a tidy clinic environment
* Please note this job includes evenings and occasional Saturday working on a shared rota (currently alternate Saturdays on a regular basis – but additional cover may be needed when colleagues are away)
Experience required:
* Minimum 1 year experience as a clinic/hospital receptionist/secretary (aesthetic/skin/cosmetic surgery clinic experience desirable)
* Experience with using an electronic patient record management system (preferably Pabau)
* Experience with e-mails, Microsoft Word & Excel
* Experience with handling calls (new enquiries and patients)

* Excellent communication and customer service skills – to maintain our high standard of patient care and outstanding reputation
* Enthusiastic team player – good people skills and able to work with other members of the team to fulfil clinic needs. Also flexible and willing to help other members of the team or cover for colleagues who are on leave when needed
* Organisational/time management skills – able to organise time effectively to carry out the various responsibilities effectively and to a high standard
* Reliable & dependable - able to complete tasks within agreed time frames with good attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50 - £13.25 per hour, Commission structure on top of base salary
