They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a full time, permanent role attracting a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, driving financial performance through P&L management and optimising operational processes. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
* Oversee daily operational activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
* Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance workflow and overall business performance.
* Work closely with Directors to drive growth across the Group
Human Resources (HR) Management:
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
* Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Manage the relationship with external HR support
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Analyse financial statements to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic financial initiatives.
* Drive financial performance by setting and achieving P&L targets.
Leadership & Team Development:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.

* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of people management, financial management, and operational processes.
