About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Abacare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.
You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and supporting our clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn new skills, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize tasks, and be able to work independently. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
