I am looking for 2x Repairs Team Administrator's to join a council's housing repairs team, playing a key role in scheduling stock condition surveys and supporting maintenance operations.
About the Role:
As a Repairs Team Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Scheduling property surveys – coordinating stock condition, damp and mould, and compliance inspections.
✅ Liaising with surveyors, contractors, and tenants to arrange appointments and ensure smooth operations.
✅ Maintaining accurate records – updating housing management systems and tracking survey progress.
✅ Processing repair requests and ensuring they are logged correctly for action.
✅ Handling general administrative tasks, including document management, email correspondence, and data entry.
✅ Supporting the repairs team with reporting, compliance checks, and workflow coordination.
