Our client is currently seeking a Legal Finance Assistant to manage financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Day-to-day of the role: Manage financial records, including processing payments and maintaining accurate ledgers. Handle incoming and outgoing client and office payments, including banking and cheque printing. Process petty cash transactions and manage purchase ledgers. Support the Finance Manager and other team members with various finance-related tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong numerical and literacy skills. Proficiency in using financial software, Microsoft Office applications, and Legal Case Management Systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
