This is an excellent opportunity for a part-time payroll administrator to join a chartered accountancy practice based in Kingston. They are a multi-partner firm who service a large number of clients locally, and across the wider country. As a payroll administrator you will be responsible for:
1. To take responsibility for quality and accuracy of payroll work
2. To process payrolls in accordance with Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Payroll cut off schedule
3. Ensuring payroll checklists are completed and signed off
4. Processing HMRC tax code amendments prior to payroll processing
5. Dealing with queries from HMRC
6. Processing and uploading pension submissions
7. Managing a portfolio of payrolls, including liaising with the clients and handling their queries
