Location: Home based with some travel to meetings Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday What You’ll Do To support the Contract Managers in managing project works through to completion, with a keen focus on effective mailbox management, data capture/analysis, administration and time management. This role provides imperative support to the success of R&I’s project works. Handling multiple and varying projects at any one time, following process and coordinating a wide range of information to enable the contract manager to successfully run projects. Key Responsibilities KPI Achievement: Recognised ability to achieve results in both quantitative and qualitative terms while meeting KPI Targets. Financial awareness: understanding of the impact of costs and analyse information. Problem solving and extended thinking Operational Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and industry software such as D365 Finance, Gather and PowerBi management systems. Relationship Building: Proven ability to work cohesively within a team, including the ability to build influential and trusted relationships with senior and junior stakeholders through strong communication. Time Management Ability: Strong organisational and time-management skills. Attention to Detail: The ability to spot anomalies in data when they occur and be highly accurate in processes Personable Skills: Demonstrates ability to work cohesively with other Project Co-ordinators, Seniors, Contract Managers, and the wider team. Desirable Knowledge And Skills Data Analysis: Experience in analysing data in excel.
