The IT Network & Information Security Analyst will be a hands-on experienced network and information & cyber security professional who will report directly to the 3rd Line Server Team Leader, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other Department Managers. This is a hybrid role, based at the Brixworth, Northampton office 2-3 days per week. The main focus of this role is:- To support, design, update and lead on network design & network-related aspects of existing systems Deploy/configure/Maintain Linux estate, Ansible and associated new projects. Deploy/Configure/Maintaine Cisco switches and Cisco WAF Deploy/Configure/Maintaine Forigate firewalls Intune Azure Networking, firewalls MFA and Entra Sync SSL Certificates DHCP & DNS Private & public Experience in Google workspace. Cyber security Working closely with the 3rd Line Server Team Leader in developing Novacrofts security stance through examining, testing and if approved, deploying leading-edge network security technologies and initiatives. The approval of such projects will be via the formal change management process where you will be the project lead and be responsible for risk analysis and mitigation. The IT management, control and maintenance of our information & cyber security systems, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials plus and any other accreditations relating to IT controls that the business is required to implement. Adhere to all security procedures, ensure that security is considered as part of day-to-day role and report any issues or non-compliances to your Line Manager and the Chief Compliance Officer, as appropriate. Adhere to all legal and policy data protection requirements (as per the company policy and the data protection statement), ensure that data security is maintained at all times and that no unnecessary data is kept and that any non-conformances are reported as above. To be the lead on all security projects, working closely with the 3rd Line Server Team Leader and Chief Compliance Officer and to ensure other relevant stakeholders are communicated to and involved as appropriate. To periodically support the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer with the completion of Client cyber & information security questionnaires and new bids. To work collaboratively with the IT cross-skilling initiative to ensure no single points of failure and that the IT network infrastructure and security knowledge is being transferred throughout the team. Ensure all documents generated within the department adhere to document control procedures. To be a member of the IT on call rota ensuring support to troubleshoot or address out-of-hours network outages that may arise.
