Who we are looking for:
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager to:
* Supervise and inspire staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and support.
* Lead on absence management, ensuring continuity of service and staff well-being.
* Champion the development of person-centred services, introducing innovative activities tailored to individual interests, goals, and needs.
* Oversee administrative duties, including scheduling, auditing, reporting, and record-keeping.
* Build strong relationships with external agencies to enhance the support and opportunities available to the individuals we serve.

We’re seeking someone who is:

This is for a Full Time/Permanent position, working 37 Hours per week. The salary for this position is £24,973.52 Per Annum.
Possession of a Driving Licence (minimum one year) is essential.
