We are looking to recruit Emergency Practitioners to join our established Urgent Treatment Centre Team. We would welcome applicants from both nursing and allied health practitioners. Main duties of the job Our Emergency Practitioners work alongside our General Practitioners to offer care to patients attending the hospital with an urgent health care requirement. Skilled in history taking, physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation and treatment of a wide range of injury and illness presentations, our EPs work predominantly independently, but have access to all internal and external referral routes and the support from our co-located emergency department colleagues. About us The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
