Our client is a rapidly growing cybersecurity company specialising in Managed Security Assessment and Testing (MSAT) services, most notably KnowBe4. They deliver robust security solutions to protect UK businesses from cyber threats, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.
Role Overview:
As the Director of Managed Services, you will take ownership of the managed services division, driving exceptional service delivery, customer retention, and business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a proactive leader focused on ensuring high-quality service outcomes, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the managed services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership in Service Delivery : Oversee all managed services operations, focusing on delivering outstanding results and maintaining high standards in customer support and satisfaction.
* Customer Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, proactively addressing their needs, reducing churn, and maximizing client value.
* Service Innovation : Develop and refine security offerings, including KnowBe4, Okta, MDR, Rapid7, and CrowdStrike, to meet evolving client needs and industry demands.
* Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure that managed services align with key standards such as Cyber Essentials and ISO27001, providing independent security assessments to support client compliance.
* Growth and Retention : Focus on client retention and revenue growth by enhancing service offerings and identifying new business opportunities within the managed services division.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive Security Knowledge : Proficiency with key security tools, particularly KnowBe4, and a strong background in managed security services.
* Customer-Centric Leadership : Proven ability to foster excellent client relationships, proactively manage customer needs, and drive client satisfaction.
* Industry Insight : Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance standards like ISO27001, with a strategic mindset for delivering high-value services.
* Proactive and Strategic : A results-oriented leader who can take control of the managed services division, focusing on delivering value and driving business growth.
* SLA and KPI Focused Performance : Demonstrated experience in delivering consistently against SLAs, with a KPI-driven approach to ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and committed to meeting and exceeding performance targets within managed services.
