Job Description
* Assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
* Processing invoices and reconciling bank transactions.
* Supporting the monthly payroll process.
* Assisting with budget preparation and financial reports.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry.
* Complying with financial policies and procedures.
* Supporting annual audit processes.
* Ad hoc financial duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A qualification in accounting or finance would help or Qualified by Experience
* Experience working with accounting softwares.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in work.
* A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Excellent numerical skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.
* Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
