Job Description
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 16.25 hours per week. As a Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Please note: This role is contracted to 43 weeks per year.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
2. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
3. Being a responsible key holder
4. Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
5. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
6. Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
7. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
9. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our Ideal Supervisor Will:
1. Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
2. Possess good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
3. Be a team player with a can-do attitude
4. Have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
