HR Business Support Assistant – 1x Permanent Position As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic HR Business Support Assistant, who will be responsible for providing comprehensive business support to the HR Team. This is an administrative position that involves working with a HR system, keeping digital records up to date and accurate and providing excellent customer service by responding to general HR queries in an appropriate and timely manner, to ensure the effective running of the service. About the role: To be successful in the role of HR Business Support Assistant our new team member will have a minimum level of education Level 2 or equivalent experience in a similar role, as well as having skills below: Can follow established processes, requiring methodical administration and follow-through to ensure tasks are completed accurately and accomplished on time. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A high level of IT literacy, in particular the use of Microsoft Teams/Office plus other subject related systems/databases. Can be adaptable by helping other teams meet their aims by working under instruction and using initiative.
