Job Title: Site Services Coordinator

We currently have opportunities for Site Services Coordinator for the Kettering Engineering team.
The job is situated in the Kettering Production Plant, where plant-based alternatives to milk are made. The job is situated within the Maintenance department. The Site Services department are responsible for managing and controlling all the utilities at the Kettering Production Plant.
The job holder will have responsibilities to organise and control the following work activities relating to the effective running of the site services department on the site. This will involve interfacing with all areas of the factory.
• All site services contractor management
• Create and manage all SAP work orders and POs relating to site service activities
• PM and job planning and coordination of site services activities
• Support queries and questions from internal and external stakeholders
About You
About You:
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
1. Sufficient experience in a similar environment
2. Experience in continuous improvement of the site service compliance and legislation requirements, experience in WWTP & Effluent, refrigeration, LOTO & PTW, PUWER, LOLER, LEV, etc.
3. Experience managing waste water treatment plants, identifying and implementing improvements to maintain continuous improvement of the WWTP
4. Experience in effective management of the Energy Centre Activities, including compressed air, hot water smart grid, bulk chemical storage and delivery, chilled water facilities, etc.
5. Experience in effective management of the Main Building Services, including cooling towers, HVAC units, chilled warehouse and tank rooms, fire services, lighting, road and pedestrian access, security, toilets and showers, etc.
6. Experience in effective management of Site Services purchasing & budgeting
General/Critical Experience Required:
7. An operational knowledge of site services
8. Awareness of hygiene standards in a food environment
9. Practical knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislative requirements
10. Ability to work within a team
11. Have the ability to motivate and encourage a sense of urgency
12. Have effective problem-solving skills
13. Good PC skills and with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
14. CMMS experience – preferably SAP
15. Good communication skills and ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
16. Ability to manage own time
17. A knowledge of automated process control
18. Desirable: Knowledge of food hygiene requirements
