I am supporting my Client in their search for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for delivering a wide range of consultative and HR support services to business leaders and employees across the Chelmsford site. A key part of the role will be delivery of HR related projects, such as organisational restructures and associated change management activities. This is a ‘hands-on’ role where you will need to straddle both the strategic and operational aspects of HR.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted partner to operational teams, providing expert guidance on all HR matters.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management concerns.
* Collaborate with managers to develop appropriate action plans and provide coaching on employee-related issues.
* Play an active role in the recruitment and selection processes.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
* Provide training and development opportunities to employees and managers on various HR-related topics.
* Stay updated with employment law and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary policy changes.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Generate HR reports and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
* CIPD Level 5
* Proven experience of delivering HR projects as a HR Business Partner.
* Solid understanding of employment law, regulations, and best practices.
* Strong experience in managing complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in HRIS software (Workday an advantage)
