Exciting Opportunity: STRIVE Lead - Community Partnership Officer (Fixed Term, 2 Years)
Join Clackmannanshire Council’s People Directorate and lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on tackling some of the most pressing issues facing our community today. As the STRIVE Lead/Community Partnership Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward the STRIVE (Safeguarding Through Rapid Intervention) initiative, providing rapid, targeted support to individuals with complex needs.
In this role, you’ll manage the STRIVE team and collaborate closely with key partners including the Child Poverty Coordinator, Family Wellbeing Partnership, and Community Engagement Co-ordinator to streamline efforts across areas such as Alcohol and Drugs, Community Justice, Homelessness, Violence Against Women and Girls, and more. Your leadership will ensure effective community engagement, innovative problem-solving, and a truly transformational approach to support delivery.
